Fred Scott is a chemical and petroleum engineer with 37 years of experience in the energy industry. For over 3 decades he has been developing gas-fired, biomass, solar PV and hydro power generation projects. In BC and Washington Fred has worked extensively on floating methanol and LNG developments, as well as land-based facilities. In the carbon negative fuels space Fred has extensive experience with advanced gasification/methanation, and advanced biofuels such as Renewable Natural Gas, methanol, ethanol and Sustainable Aviation Fuel. In electrical transmission Fred has successfully connected multiple generation projects at the 69, 138, 240 and 345 kV energization levels. Fred has extensive management and leadership experience at Westcoast Energy, EPCOR Power, Pristine Power, Bastion Power, Kalina Power and Green Impact Partners. He currently is the President of his engineering, power development and advisory services company, Scott Energy Inc. Fred is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Alberta and BC.

T.M. has over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale clean energy solutions. Trained as both an engineer and accountant, he bridges advanced engineering with project finance to bring sustainable technologies to market. He has led multiple renewable energy projects, including biomass-to-power, RNG systems, and energy efficiency initiatives, often partnering with Indigenous communities and public utilities. A recognized expert in clean energy innovative solutions, T.M. focuses on viable pathways to reduce carbon intensity, generate local economic benefits, and drive innovation in the clean fuels sector.

Thomas has led key roles in the energy and construction industry for over 20 years both in the construction field and in the boardroom. Thomas is proudly Indigenous with both US and Canadian citizenship. Thomas has a multi-ethnic background, experience in the construction industry, and a relationship-based approach to business. He is highly experienced in working with Indigenous communities. His community background and connection to his traditional values has allowed him to successfully engage with Indigenous communities through his various roles in his career. His approach is genuine, authentic, and always with the intent to strengthen the relationship between Indigenous communities and the affiliated stakeholder. Thomas draws from his traditional and ancestral values of language and culture to affirm business applications and recognizes the importance of supporting the relationship between Indigenous peoples, industry, government, and others.

Laurie Bradley brings 28 years of leadership experience, including 18 years as a senior executive in the energy sector, specializing in strategic planning, marketing & communications, and Indigenous engagement. She has led communications initiatives while supporting business development and strengthening Indigenous partnerships through frameworks that create pathways for employment, training, and Indigenous-owned businesses. With a strong creative background, Laurie combines strategy and creativity to build brands and communications that resonate, inspire, and deliver measurable results.
